4. Payment Terms

  • All invoices must be paid within the service agreement’s time frame.
  • Late payments may be subject to a 5% fee for each seven-day delay unless otherwise agreed.
  • Be Health Digital may suspend services until payment problems are fixed.
  • Both parties must approve refunds and are only given in extraordinary situations.

5. Client Responsibilities
The client consents to:

  • Provide the documents, feedback, and correct and timely information required for the services.
  • Make sure that no third-party rights are violated and that all items submitted to the Agency adhere to copyright regulations.
  • To guarantee effective project delivery, adhere to the established timelines.

6. Agency Responsibilities
Be Health Digital agrees to:

  • Deliver services following the agreement.
  • Verify that all deliverables adhere to established quality benchmarks and industry standards.
  • Keep the client’s data, proprietary information, and materials private.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Until Be Health Digital receives complete payment, all work produced by the Agency remains its property.
  • Ownership of the finished deliverables will pass to the client upon payment completion.
  • The Agency may use non-confidential deliverables for marketing and portfolio purposes.
  1. Confidentiality
  • We guarantee to keep any materials, data, and proprietary information the client gives strictly secret.
  • Likewise, the Client protects the privacy of any proprietary software, tools, or techniques that Be Health Digital uses.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages brought on by using or being unable to use the services offered are not the Agency’s responsibility.

10. Amendments
The Agency may update or modify These Terms and Conditions at any time. The client will be informed of any modifications, and continuing to use the services indicates that you agree to the revised terms.
