Topical authority for IOP and PHP programs
A content architecture that helps Google understand the difference between your levels of care — and ranks each of them.
Most treatment center sites have one 'Programs' page that lists every level of care in two sentences each. Google reads that and concludes the site has no depth on any of them. Then it ranks the competitor who wrote a real page for each.
The hub-and-spoke model
Build a parent page for each level of care — IOP, PHP, residential, detox, outpatient. Each one gets its own URL, its own schema, and 1,500+ words written by or with a clinician. From there, spoke pages cover specific conditions, populations, and insurance scenarios that link back to the parent.
What to put on each page
Admission criteria. Typical length of stay. A daily schedule. Which clinicians lead the program. What insurance is in-network. What outcomes you measure. Internal links to related conditions and to the next level of care up and down.
This is the structure search engines reward and the structure referring clinicians actually use when they're deciding where to send someone.
