Privacy policy.

We treat data the way we'd want a vendor to treat ours — minimally, transparently, and with care. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

01

What we collect

When you contact us, request a consultation, or subscribe to updates, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, work email, organization, role, and a short description of your program. Our website also logs standard request data (IP, user agent, referrer) and uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage.

02

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, fulfill engagements, send service-related communications, and improve our website. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use protected health information (PHI) for marketing.

03

Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of first-party cookies for session continuity and privacy-respecting analytics to measure traffic patterns. We do not deploy advertising pixels on this site, and we do not transmit identifiable visitor data to ad networks.

04

Sharing & vendors

We share data only with vetted subprocessors (hosting, email, scheduling, CRM) that are contractually required to protect it. When an engagement involves PHI, we execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) before any data exchange.

05

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, opt out of non-essential communications, or ask questions about our practices. Email info@behealthdigital.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

06

Security

We follow industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; we work continuously to reduce risk and to notify affected parties promptly if an incident occurs.
